    new secretary very nice lady good customer service, manager and onsite caretaker absolutely shocking customer service. may be a case of too comfortable in position attitude of entitlement? Or just void of customer service skills, who knows? but not good. Cheaper than most storage places in Canberra but not worth the bad service wont be using them again.

    Very helpful in my experience. Have boxes, tape and all sorts of goodies for packing your gear and will buy back boxes after you have used them.

    Its all on ground level which makes it easy access 24 hr access but no public toilets after hours
