  I was very disappointed with the service I received from Tim Savage and his team. They refused to move the antique desk in the study and just left it scratched and upended. Some of the plates they packed were chipped, packed boxes were left on top of each other (difficult for one person to lift) in the new property and the washing machine was shoved into the wall with the hoses inside, and left unconnected without access to check the connections. Had it been used it would have flooded. As a result a new machine had to be purchased. I would never employ th is company again!

  Extremely professional and friendly removalist company. Great communication and very easy to deal with, even during such a busy period. Competitive pricing considering with very fast turn around. Will definitely use King & Wilson in the future. Can't speak more highly of both Canberra and Melbourne teams. Thank you for the smooth and easy experience.

  Almost 18 months later and, after a long long wait while we built our new house at the end of the world in rural Thailand, our container-load of goodies arrived from Canberra 2 days ago. The original uplift in Nov 2015 went extremely well - the 2 guys slaved away unceasingly in considerable heat, as I recall, on 2 occasions - the biggest items being 8000 books. And then the office staff, especially Rebecca, were wonderful in smoothing our anxieties as the months ticked away.

  Finally, your cheerful agents from United Relocations (Thailand) were excellent on removing all our worries re Thai Customs & duties, and then the boys arrived here on the dot at 0900 2 days ago and were all unloaded by 1015. So far we have unpacked all the breakables (except art works) - all packed with mountains of paper and in perfect condition. We're leaving the books till late next week after we've installed the shelving. But I'm sure they'll be fine.

  A great experience. Cost effective a wonderful set of guys at both ACT and Adelaide ends. The real winner was the straight up comment very early in the representatives visit that K & W will pick up the boxes after we finish unpacking and reuse them.

  Made the call to king and Wilson from New Zealand, they were friendly and prompt in picking up my bedroom suite, they went above and beyond with packing it up and shipping it to me to Auckland, I wouldn't have any hesitation to use this company again.
